Simple, delicious, a great source of fiber and high in protein. A little treat that keeps us on track without feeling guilty!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 scoop of BNI Vanilla Whey Iso
- ¼ cup crushed walnuts
- ¼ cup of raisins
- ¼ cup of dried cranberries
- ¾ cup of water or unsweetened soy milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, crush the bananas and add the protein powder. Add water or soy milk for a good consistency. Add the oatmeal, nuts and dried berries, and stir.
Make small balls, flatten them with a fork and bake for 18 minutes until golden brown.
