
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 scoops (60 g) BNI Vanilla Whey
- 4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mash the avocado and bananas. Then add all the other ingredients and toss with a fork to get a nice, even texture.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in small uniform balls. The measure should make about 12-14 cookies. Cook for about 10 minutes and let cool for about 10 minutes as well. Enjoy.
