food. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. |

WARNINGS | Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a
health care practitioner before using this product if you have liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, seizures, or iron deficiency. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver problems such as yellowing of the skin / eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual fatigue and / or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Rare and unpredictable cases of liver damage associated with products containing green tea extract have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Make sure you drink enough fluids before, during, and after exercise.
