Adults: take 1 scoop up to 3 times a day (do not exceed one scoop per single dose). Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Drink 45 to 90 minutes before exercise. Take 30 to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour during high-intensity exercise.
Make sure to stay hydrated before, during and after exercise.
