Fish oil is a source of Omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health. It helps support cognitive health and brain function, helps maintain cardiovascular health, lower blood triglyceride / triacylglycerol levels, and promote healthy mood balance in adults. It helps in the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children aged 12 and under. Vitamin D helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, in the formation of strong bones and teeth, in the maintenance of immune functions, in the process of cell division and helps prevent vitamin D deficiency. Calcium consumption, when accompanied by a sufficient intake of vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular physical activity, can reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
Adults: oral 1 tsp. (5 ml), once a day.
