WHAT IS THE BEST WAY FOR ME TO TAKE EAA REPAIR? The best way to take EAA REPAIR is 1 to 2 scoops before or during training. It can be mixed in water, a carbohydrate drink or BNI Fortified CARBS. We also suggest taking 1 scoop of EAA REPAIR in the morning with GREENS ADVANTAGE (optional) to make your body anabolic and alkaline as quickly as possible.

Can I mix EAA REPAIR in protein powder?

You can add EAA REPAIR to any meal or protein shake to make it more anabolic. For the pre- and intra-workout sessions, we recommend that you take it alone or by mixing it with a carbohydrate drink (see BNI’s Fortified CARBS). The nonessential amino acids found in regular proteins will only “hinder” the most important essential amino acids found in EAA REPAIR.

Does EAA REPAIR replace the hydrolyzed protein or isolate I use for my workouts?

Yes! EAA REPAIR is superior to isolated and even hydrolyzed proteins. You will need to take 3 times the amount of protein to get the anabolic effect of EAA REPAIR. And even then, digestion and absorption do not come together.

Why not just take BCAAs?

BCCAs (leucine, valine, isoleucine) represent only 3 of the 9 essential amino acids (EAA). BCAAs are good enough to minimize muscle breakdown, but for muscle protein synthesis and growth, all EAAs must be present.
