Any returned item must not have been opened or damaged in any way. All promotional items received with your order must be returned to us along with the product (s) to be returned, whether samples, t-shirts, shakers, or whatever you received for free with your purchase. A copy or original of your receipt must be included with your shipment. Please make sure to also include your name, mailing address and the reference number from your original order.
Please note that the delivery costs to return a product to us are at the customer’s expense.
