No, you won’t die 

You may begin to think that the end of the world is near, that’s it, you’ll DIE of hunger! But seriously, you can’t starve in Quebec in 2017. So, no need to worry about that. 

However, it is true that at first it’ll be difficult and you’ll crave sugar or salt, depending on your current diet. 

You will need to learn the difference between craving a reasonable serving of dessert or chips and being addicted to junk food. 

Once you successfully over this hurdle, it will be much easier for you! Rabies symptoms will diminish and may even disappear over time. Yes, I promise you! In the first seven days, you will see a great improvement, but of course, this varies from person to person. 

 You won’t be putting mayonnaise in your poutine anymore!

Seriously, are you looking for a heart attack? I don’t think so!

What I really mean here is that your body will get used to your healthy diet. If you think you can then go back to eating the same fatty foods as before, you’d be wrong, but try. Heartburn will prove this to you much like a few endless minutes in the bathroom. You’ll no longer be able to eat like this! 

You’ll have a lot more energy

Good foods = fuel for your body

You will have so much energy that you won’t know what to do with it! 

Besides, chatting on the sofa while watching Netflix won’t be as interesting as it used to be. 

After all, what could be better than resting when you’re really burnt and fulfilled with your day! You will be able to enjoy this moment more after a good workout. 

Then if the opposite happens and you walk like a zombie down the street, ask your coach what supplements can help.

1 cup of Cashew milk, not almond milk… the cashew one is creamier! But, if you have just that, we’ll deal with it. 

1 teaspoon of cocoa powder 

A few drops of liquid stevia to taste

Coconut whipped cream



Heat the cashew milk for 2 minutes in the microwave, unless you really want to dirty a pot, in which case you can heat it on the stove. 

Add the cocoa using a mini whisk

Then the stevia 

A little coconut whipped cream 

A pinch of cinnamon for fancy

Much of your happiness is found in your diet. When you eat well, sensibly and are not continuously restricted, you don’t think about what you’re going to eat all day. So you leave plenty of room for something else, such as evenings with friends, a good book, a satisfying workout… and anything that will make you happy!
